Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully.

1. Strictly no personal advertisement on DressWorks.
2. Only serious buyer will be entertained.
   
3. Minimum ONE PIECE of item in an order will be entertained.
4. The person will be spam if he/she misuse DressWorks email.
5. All the sales payment is only accept through Cash Transfer or Cash Deposit on the bank account we given. Cash or Cheque are not acceptable.
   
6. DressWorks is using MYR (Malaysia Ringgit) as currency only.
7. Order will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made within the 5 working days upon the order has made.
8. The delivery time maybe vary. Delay caused by courier company is beyond DressWorks control.
9. The place of COD must be agree by DressWorks.
10. DressWorks has the rights to change the location of COD at anytime.
11. An extra RM10.00 will be charge for COD.
12. Good sold are not returnable & exchangeable.
    

Making Orders

1) Copy down the Code of the item that you interested in. The Item Code can be easily found in each sales item. The Order will base on the Item Code that you provide to us.

2) Place your order in our Order Form.

3) Complete your Order Form and Submit to us.

4) Once DressWorks received your Order, we will summarize your order with Total Amount to purchase for the item you ordered by the Email you provided (If you choose to receive by POS, a postal fee will be include into the Total Amount).




Payment Method

1) DressWorks are using Maybank and CIMB Bank. It is the best if you transfer through either one of these two banks.


2) Please be note that if you use other bank than Maybank or CIMB Bank, it will take 3 days for the amount to be transferred to our account.

3) Our bank account number will be given to you after you place your order.

4) For POS or COD, DressWorks is only accept the payment to bank account, either Transfer or Cash Deposit. DressWorks do not accept Cash or Cheque.

4) Do inform us once payment is made. If possible, please attach the receipt of the bank transaction with an email. We will send the ordered out for delivery on the following day after the payment is successful.

5) Order will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made within the 2 working days upon the order has made. They is no further notice given for late payment.




Receive In POS

1) The package will be delivered to you within 2 to 4 working days upon the payment has made.

2)The delivery time maybe vary. Delay caused by courier company is beyond DressWorks control.

3) Please notify us by submit the Enquiry Form if you have not received the package within 5 business days.




Receive In COD

1) DressWorks only do COD on weekends, and during night time on weekdays only.

2) The place of COD must be agree by DressWorks.

3) DressWorks has the rights to change the location of COD at anytime. You will be inform by DressWorks email if the COD location is changed.

4) An extra RM10.00 will be charge in the Invoice for COD.
